  • 1.       Strategy Deployment and Implementation:
    ·         Deploy and implement sales strategies and related initiatives in alignment with the overall organizational goals.
    ·         Monitor and track the progress of strategic objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the sales team.
    2.       Business Development:
    ·         Gain a clear understanding of the territory and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
    ·         Conduct market mapping and analysis to identify areas for development and formulate effective business development plans.
    ·         Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding processes to expand the network.
    ·         Plan and execute promotional events and activities in coordination with the marketing team.
    3.       Advertisement Planning:
    ·         Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a quarterly advertisement plan, ensuring alignment with overall sales objectives.
    4.       Dealer Performance Management and Continuous Improvement:
    ·         Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, providing necessary support and resources.
    ·         Monitor and analyze dealer performance metrics, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
    5.       People Development:
    ·         Identify skill and knowledge gaps within the sales team and develop improvement plans.
    ·         Manage performance evaluations and implement strategies for skills enhancement.
    ·         Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team.

  • ·         Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    ·         Proven track record of at least 15 Yrs.  in sales management, with a focus on business development and team leadership.
    ·         Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.
    ·         Ability to formulate and execute effective sales strategies.
    ·         In-depth understanding of the assigned territory and market intelligence.
    ·         Track record of successful business development and market expansion.
    ·         Experience in dealer recruitment and on boarding.
    ·         Experience in dealer performance analysis and implementation of improvement strategies.
    ·         Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team
    ·         Strong leadership skills with the ability to identify and address skill and knowledge gaps.
    ·         Experience in managing and developing a high-performance sales team.
    ·         Knowledge of the Pump / Motor / any Similar industry and market trends will be an added advantage.
    ·         Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
